I removed one of my headers today. I noticed that the gasket had a few places where it turned black. I am guessing this is were the exhaust is itting the gasket restricting the flow. I plan on porting my next set of Fel-pro 1406 to match the headers. Im wondering if it will make any difference if I were to port the Headers a little as well?
I have to send them back to jet Hot for coating anyways so I mine as well do a little porting if it will help me gain HP and or TQ

 

Im still looking for the info on porting Hoker LT's. I do reall a post where someone did a little too much porting and had to fill in the primary with weld. Any pointer in the right direction would be gratley apreciated.
