Hooker Longtubes

Ok, here is my plan. Order Hooker Longtubes and a Stainless Works Offroad Y pipe from Summit. Now, do I need O2 harness extensions? Also, does hooker have O2 bungs built in?

you'll definatly need one for the passenger side, and you should be ok on the driver side, it not, get a real short one, and with the hookers, I think you can order them with, or with out the O2 bungs, but in our case we need them.

Go with the Jet Hots if you value your ground clearance.

If you want to save the money and are a little handy with a wire crimper you can extend your O2s with the same guage wire.
I did my own, took some new O2s and spliced about 24 inches of wire into em.
Works fine.
I did spend some time and did the job right.

Alright, so if I order from jet hot, do they come with an offroad Y pipe? What else do I need for the header install? Do i need gaskets or anything? What comes with the headers from jet hot so I know what I need to buy and what not to buy.

when you buy hooker LT or jet hot LTs, all you get is the headers. y pipe is separate, around $225
you should buy:
better header gaskets/better collector gaskets/better headers bolts/high temp RTV sealant/bandaids/possible new motor mounts if yours is wore out/new plugs,wires,02 sensors if you can afford it.

I have the Jet Hot LT's and Hooker offroad pipe and its a nice combo. I had some trouble getting the Y-Pipe bolted up, but once you get in together, its nice. I would recommend ordering the Jet Hot's with the O2 bungs welded in. I ordered 2 O2 extensions, but I only had to use one of them and that was on the passenger side. The driver side 02 reached fine without the extension. You will need to pick up some good header gaskets. I used Fel Pros and they seem good so far. Also, you will probably need a lot of patience if you haven't done a longtube/ypipe install before.

Are these Jet Hot headers compatible with the stock cat on a '95 single cat LT1? I'm wondering because I really like the idea of long tubes but I don't want to rip out my cat for emission visual inspection reasons. How much do new Jet Hot LT headers run?
