Hesitation
 

It is hesitating at maybe 30-40% throttle between 2k and 3k RPM's. when it hits 3k (I'm guessing it's comming out of closed loop) it feels like you hit a 50 shot. It made traction control engage on a rainy day (ASR).

Some additional info, I know my cutouts are messing with my O2's, but it's not thowing a code (I have a code reader and it is showing the code, but not setting an SES light). Second I just had my opti replaced a month ago. Any ideas? I've resetting the PCM and leaving the cutouts closed and it didn't help. The problem happens when the cutouts are both open and closed.

Did you change your plugs when you changed the Opti? Do you have the correct fire order? Are you using cheap Autozone plugs?

I'm using iridium plugs and Taylor OTVC wires that are 2 years old.
