help needed with stalling

hi guys, haven't been here in a while, but i'm at a loss here and hope you can help.
my truck (95 LT1 stroked/T56 combo) has been hard to start lately, it spins over fine and the motor will start if i give it a little gas. dunno why that happens with FI. other times it will start after 1 sec of cranking just like normal. that's the first problem.

second, when flooring it, my tach jumps around all crazy and the motor looses power, over 4500rpm i'd say. the motor almost seems to "tick" a little, hard to explain. something seems to be not right with the fuel or the spark or the timing. kinda lost on this one.

third and last problem.
the truck overheated on me today, the cause was my electric water pump relay had worked itself loose at the connection point. i pulled over, let her cool off, fixed the relay connections, the pump came back on, and ever since, the truck will not stay running at idle. if i take my foot off the gas for one moment, she will stall right out. it was fine before it over heated. i had to limp it back home and now i'm stuck here.

please help me out guys if you can, this is my only mode of transportation atm, and i need to get it fixed by tomorrow, at least the stalling part. i have to drop my mother off at the airport tomorrow night.
i have a fram canister style ( the -6 connection kind) fuel filter on there, and i will be replaceing that soon, once the pressure bleeds out of the system. i will put some new sparkers in there, but they were just replaced last year at this time, and the truck has been sitting for a half a year waiting for summer to come.

thanks in advance for the help.

anyone?? just went out and changed the fuel filter, which was a tad dirty, but nothing crazy. no change at all. she will start after 2-3 seconds of cranking with a little bit of pressure on the gas pedal, just like an old carbed motor. i need to rev it up to keep it running. it runs smooth if i hold the gas on, but as soon as i let off, she dies. no apparent bad connectionss, maf looks clean, the iac and tps were replaced a few years back. new gm opti at the same time, new taylor wires then, new plugs last spring. fp is at 40psi at idle. i have no tools where i'm at with the truck atm. any ideas are surely appreciated. happy 4th all

maybe a bad coolant temp sensor, maybe a sticking iac

i can see the IAC clogged or stuck, but the coolent temp sensor will cause a no idle condition at startup?

coolant temp also contributes to fuel control, i have seen multiple starting/idling problems caused by bad coolant temp sensor
