Help me fix my high RPM power drop-off

I can't figure it out. The power is still climbin pretty good, then it takes a 30hp dive, then holds steady, then picks up 15hp at 6300 RPM's. Does anyone know what could be causing this? I have dual valve springs and the graph is too smooth to be valve float, and is too smooth to be a miss. It has a new MSD blaster coil in it, new MSD wires, and the plugs have >10K miles on them. Could the plugs be the problem?
I also re-adjusted the lash on my Comp R lifters to between 1/16th-1/8th turn and I can feel the power still drop off. I also had another tune sent out to fix the a/f, but it wouldn't suprise me if its tune related. Could that be a possibility? And I'm still on the stock injector's but the a/f isn't off so I don't see how that could be it.
I just bought a scanmaster too, so is there anything I could look for with that to see what could be causing it?

I wish I knew. The springs, rockers, and heads were on the car when I bought it, the rest of it was 100% stock. They are purple in color, double valve springs, 1.76" installed height, and I think 1.48" in diameter. Wouldn't the graph be all jagged if I was getting valve float though?
And heres a couple crappy pictures I took of one of my sparkplugs. They don't look fouled by the color atleast, and they are tr55's.
