help 14.2's
 

i have a 96 z28 with 2.73's i am currently running low 14's. a have had a 13.88 run once. i seem to b losing on launch. compared to other lt1s and ls1s. i think i might need better tires i have goodyear potenzas. i have 3.73s but they r not in yet.

What's your MPH? And what PSI did you have in your rear tires?

one night i ran 3 times and had a 14.2 a 14.3 and 14.4 all at 101-102. last night a had 2 14.2's and a 14.3 and they were at 97-98

Judging by your ET and mph (14.2 @ 102mph) you are spining too much. What are your 60ft times? Try BFG drag radials instead of Potenzas. You'll be glad you have them when you sitch to 3.73s.
