Heating issues

I am having some heating issues this season. I turboed the car in the winter so there is alot more underhood heat but Still seems way to hot.

The car N/A ran 176* all summer, 195ish after driving for like 2Hours on the highway
Stock rad/fans and electric pump

Now the car gets to 230* after 20min of driving.

Here is my cooling setup
Electric water pump, dual puller 1600CFM each fans) Griffen 26x15.5x3 rad, 160* t-stat, Steam pipe is tee'd into the upper rad hose.

Also my upper rad hose gets pressurized to! (I have check the oil and its fine)

I have tried bleeding the cooling system many times too.

Any ideas?

The rad is holding pressure fine since when i lift the cap tab it goes into the overflow.

Im gonna buy a new rad cap tomorrow maybe and see...

Should I run a 16lb still with the griffen rad?

Jay
