Heads? Differences 93-97?

Are there any difference between LT1 heads from 93-97?

I sold my stock 96 heads a couple years ago and now I need a stock set to go CMC racing.

Looking for any advantages one year might have over another.

The later lighter castings flow more but have less material to port out. The earlier are better for porting but not as good in bare form.

yeah, Lloyd Elliot told me my spare set from a 94 were better for porting than if I removed my 97 castings. I picked them up off Ebay for $150 and it's easier than having to send in the ones from my engine.
