I have LT4 springs/retainers/locks do I need new push rods as well? If so what is the cheapest alternative, don't need anything snazzy as they are just GMPP 1.6 SA Roller Rockers.

Self Adjusting (SA) RRs don't require hardened push rods since they don't require guide plates. You should be good to go.JMHO
