H/C installed, hesitating...

Got the H/C installed yesterday, drove it around for about 40 miles throughout the day. It idles fine, cruises fine, really no issues. But I got on it twice and both times it was hesitating throughout the RPM.
Now I left the stock injectors in till I go to get it tuned ( have 30 lb ), does this sound like the problem?
Or could it be tuning?
Any input welcome.

The fact that it's not tuned yet is probably more of problem than the small injectors.
Once the injectors are in, the PCM is calibrated for them and the PE table is
tuned you will see a tremendous improvement in throttle response.

What kind of setup are your running? I'm sure you need a tune to dial in the combo. If it is still hesistating afterwards, then I would start to investigate further.

Locally ported stock heads, crane 227, stock TB and manifold.
Right now it has a madz28 tune for bolt ons.

Threw a code today, driver side 02, and some evap code-441 i believe.
I have been having problems with this 02 for a while. I put a new 02 in and in a couple of hours the code came right back. So it cant be the 02, but possibly a bad wire?
I also just noticed that I have 2 vaccum lines open on the passenger side, going to go to shbox site and see if I can figure out which ones they are, if not I will post a pic.

I figured out the EVAP problem, # 14 on this page was the problem, didnt have that lil line connected.
What issues could that cause? Because I thought I had a vaccum leak, heards some whistling under acceleration? Pretty sure that was it, but would it cause any driveability issues?
Any tips on how to figure out whats going on with the 02?

http://shbox.com/1/HO2S_connector.jpg unplugg the O2 and take a multmeter hook it up to A and B and with the car running make sure the reading goes from hi to low, also check the grounds.
Everytime I've had an O2 go out I've gotten PO100 a MAF code (it's on the same circuit as the O2s).

Thanks man. Well once I fixed the EVAP leak, then cleared the codes, the car runs like a champ. If the 02 code comes back I will check into that link.
