OK, I bought my car a little while ago but I think it had a shift kit before it was mine. The guy that I bought it from was the second owner and he said it had performance stuff done to it. I can get 2nd gear chirps and all that, and it shifts hard through every gear that is why I thought shift kit. Any help or way I can find out would be great.

 

When my car was stock I could get 2nd gear chirps sometimes. I had stock 2.73's btw. With you having 3.23's I wouldn't see much of a problem with you getting rubber with just stock shifting. Take your car to a reputable tranny shop and have em pull the pan and find out. That's probably the only way to know.
