Fuel filter

I have been having problems with high RPMs kinda kicks back and doesnt want to go and sound like it it missing. Could this be a clogged air filter?

could be clogged fuel filter as the subject suggests, or i guess a bad air filter as the post suggests...

i'd also look into the coil. bad performace at high rpm is commonly associated with the coil or coil wire. they are only like $40 from summit.
