Alot of people love the sound of the Flowmaster cat-back, alot of people hate it too. I had one for about 20000 miles. It sounded great and I got lots of compliments about the way the car sounded, both at idle and WOT.

Im a previous FM catback owner. Sounded good while I had it but it also sounded like everyone elses car too. I know have the same 3'' pipe, but a dynomax bullet muffler instead of the FM.

THe Flowmaster gives out a huge roar WOT, but on a stock car it's not that loud at idle. I dunno about a cammed car, it may sound a little morfe mean, but i think it is quiet until u hit the gas

you might not like the sound in a cammed car; I used a single pipe flowmaster because the dual was too raspy with my cam but it does sound mean and at idle it is a little rumbly---punch the gas and you need a loud audio system since you will be droaned to death!! I like it but true duals is where its at anyways. It's a matter of preference cam the car and it is loud; stock car and it sounds like a mustang

Long story, check out the florida section and read about it... Bascially I do not feel customer service was there at this event.. I feel representatives were biased towards people IMO and junk like that...

Oh ok, but you did like your loud mouth right? I am really considering getting one, i just dont want to get it and be sorry because it is way to loud or something. I have a convert and dont want to get a headache from a droning noise. How bad is interior noise from the LM?

From what i have read the LM seems to have the most hp gain in using it, and i like the sound, i dont think the sound clips on the net are really doin it justice. I just wish i coudl sit in a f body with the LM so i can see how bad the interior noise is, i mean is it really that much different than any other exhaust system like flowmaster etc?

I thought the hooker was is supposed to be quieter and less intrusive than the flowmaster.
