Flexplate for TH400 setup?

Anyone have any flexplate suggestions for a TH400 setup?

Internal or external balance? For external, B&M #20238 has demonstrated an ability to survive 1,000+HP..... ;)

Internal, and thanks Fred! But is that the right pn? B&M's web site says "'86-'94 Chevrolet externally balanced SB V8 with 153 tooth ring gear & 10-3/4" ?
