First time out this year, analyze my "Best" run please.
Post in Drag Race forum as well but it doesn't seem visited as much as tech. Thanks
Well, after installing my converter and doing some other minor tune-up stuff I finally got out to the track. Here's my quickest (or lack thereof ) timeslip. Go ahead rip into me. Mods in sig.
Reaction - .700
60ft - 2.293
330ft - 6.096
1.8ET - 9.266
1/8MPH - 77.18
1000ft - 11.958
1/4ET - 14.300
1/4MPH - 97.66
I had a fastest MPH of 98.25 and most of the 60's were in the 2.3-2.4 range with a slowest ET of 14.47. Last year I was running in the 14.23 range at 96mph with a fastest mph of 97.01
I have DR and BMR lowers but not installed yet. Also, my hooker shorty headers need installed. Question is this: How much of an addition do you think my JetHot shorties are going to make at this point?Significant or do my times seem normal considering the mods and 60's? Is the MPH on?

Your ET and MPH look consistant with what they should be considering you crappy 60'. Put those drag radials on and your time should be right about; maybe with a 1.9 60' about 13.8 @ 99 (JUST A GUESS).
Anything else you do(like those headers you got) will increase that, but you need to take care of the traction first before adding more power to the mix.

What is the altitude of the track you visit? Your car seems a little down on horsepower, but could be the track if you're at higher than average altitude. With some drag radials and shorty headers, you should be able to knock down a 13.8 or so at that same track.
