Well I've finally found out what was causing my prblems!!

I've been having problems with my '98 S-10 with an hotcammed
LT1 not wanting to rev past 5500 rpm... It's been haunting me for a month now. Finally I sat down and really thought about what I changed from last year, because it worked fine last year. It dawned on me that I converted my S-10's stock air box to work with the LT1.... well it turned out it was a huge restriction!! and wouldn't let the motor breath past 5500 rpm... I used a cone filter that I had last year and it runs GREAT now!!!

Thanks for all the ideas that you guys came up with... but I'm glad none of you were right! It usually is something simple!

I'll be going if I don't have to work. Unfortunately the particular job I'm working on is very hot right now and being the job leader, it wouldn't go over well taking Saturday off if there's work to be done... especially since I took this weekend off to go to Memphis!

But If I bust *** on this job this week I should be good to go.... OH MAN! do I want to go.
