What's the best deal on a fan switch for the LT1?

do a search, you can make your own fanswitch to mount in your car. it's a neat little mod that looks good if you do it right

Pretty simple thing to do. You have to connect a couple of wires in the engine bay to ground to get the fans to come on. It cost me a total of about $15.00 for all the wires and connectors. I have about five times too much wire, since I bought the stuff so it would match with what GM uses (blue and green). If I had had the right stuff in the right quantity, it would have been more like $8.00. It works prefectly. I have high and low speed.

I got the Jet fan switch. It lowers the temp that the fans turn on at. It's automatic so you don't have to worry about it. $45 at Summit.

I have the SLP fan switch. Easy to install and works great. You can turn it on to have one fan running or both fans running....and it still keeps the stock operation, so if you don't turn the fans on, they will still come on when they are suppose to. Ease to mount the switch. Put mine under the cig. lighter. Good luck
