Fan problems
 

I have a 93 z28 an it dst overheat while driving. Fans come on an everything but when I shut it off after driving it's another story. For some reason the fans won't come on after the cars bin shut off. I have changed both relays I read there was a 3rd fuse but not sure can any one help. Could it be a censor or wat
