Engine Shakes

For a while now I notced that when idling my motor shakes a little bit. Is this a sign of worn motor mounts? Or is this a normal thing?

How slight is it? I have a very very faint vibration, that is more of a rotating vibration. I havent changed my back passanger side plug yet, Im guessing that could be it.
