Basically at this point I am trying to figure out if it is fuel or water. As mentioned in another post the nose of my starter cracked the other day. When cranking the engine will occasionally suddenly stop, other times if fires right up.

I did a pressure test on the rad it might have dropped 2-3psi over 35 minutes. I also pulled the fuel rail and primed the pump, I didn't notice any fuel dripping from the injectors. I did a compression test and all cylinders were ok. The car is missing and I am getting popping and snapping out the exhaust at idle(passenger side).

There was white crude under my valve covers, but the car has been sitting for months and only running for short periods of time. Any suggestions?
