i have to pass emmisions. does anyone know if i would be able to pass with some LE2 heads and maybe an emmisions cam made by Lloyd? i want something that sounds like a hotcam( i know one of his cams will sound like that or better, and prolly make more power too) but i just want a decent lope that makes good power but will still pass OBD1 smog with the sniffer and everything. also would LE2 heads be a wise choice with an emmisions cam or not neccesary? i plan on doing some other small things and headers, just things like that. any oppinions. also i was thinking of maybe a powerdyne due to the price, but im hearing they arent the way to go and wont make that much power. would i be able to do H/C for under say 2,500 if i do heads, cam, rockers, pushrods, guideplates, lifters then gaskets and other stupid stuff to get it running. i know i would still need a tune and injectors and whatnot. oppinions/ thoughts please?
