NO. Won't pass, might foul plugs, might destroy engine. Do not try this. And for the guy who suggested it... learn a whole lot more about how an engine works before making another suggestion that could destroy an engine, mmmmmkay?

I have my cats flanged so I can remove them after the test. I just switch 'em in and out every year. Pretty easy, and not as expensive as you might think for an exhaust shop to set up for you.
