Without computer programming, it's not gonna work. Your numbers aren't bad.

Computer programming isn't an issue. I can get madz28.com to do it or I have a local place too.

on a stock car I picked up 10RWHP with afpr aswell, get the AFPR its easy to install some of them you have to take the stock one apart & attach the adjustable to it, but ones like Holley are a full unit, easy install, just take off the fuel rails

On 93's no computer programming is required.

I was using a Hypertech AFPR. It is not hard to install. I would recommend also getting a Fuel pressure gage mounted on the rail. The best way I saw adjusting fuel pressure was on the dyno.

no seriously-
if the fly wheel is vibrating-
that means its loose and you are going to have some WICKED harmonics going on in there.
your car is a ticking time bomb.
If your drove it on the dyno, i'm guessing its a driveshaft or soemthing

what kind of milelage do you have on your car?
My old 96 did 266 Hp and 300 tq with a catback and CAI.
But i only had around 56k miles on it.
That same day a 96 TA with around 140k miles but headers, and lots of other bolt ons did 282 and like 310 tq. I have scene stock do 240 - 260 hp so these cars are all different.

I was doing some research and found the problem MIGHT be the dyno. I was dynoed on a Mustang dyno which is known to show lower numbers that the normally used Dynojet dynos. Go to http://www.norcal-ls1.com and look in the lougne area to see what I'm talking about (I use the same screen name)

Z95m6, you might be right. The 93s also have smaller injectors which may have something to do with it.

What's the cheapest place to find a AFPR? I've seen that there's units that allow you to rebuild the stock piece and ones that are complete replacements. I would want a complete replacement.

Was the flywheel a neutral-balanced one? LT1 rotating assemblies are externally balanced so you need to put the stock one back on or get your alum one setup to counter-balance the crank. Your vibration may be your innards trying to bounce around in the caps.

If anything, you power is being robbed by the computer pulling timing from false knock. And the crank vibrating will take away power too.

Yeah they are all great, some you have to use some RTV if its using the stock unit.

The holley one look it up on http://www.jegs.com

Also, I doubt he's getting false knock, 93's are known for their inabilities to sense knock, even when you get real knock it barely goes off my 93 on 87 octane gas would knock & the sensor didn't do much, & my friend has a 93 same story, I asked around & aparently thats just the way it is

I'm pretty sure you can't order a Holley AFPR for a '93...the jegs website says they have one for a '93, but when i ordered it...it was for a '94+ LT1...so I sold it to Bunker

Hows that AFPR treating ya Bunker?
