Dropping in motor w/headers on..

Hey....I'm dropping in my motor for 3 straight weekend. Hopefully this time I actually dont break anything and have to wait. Anyway..I was wondering if I should put my headers on before I put the motor in or not. Can it be done like that? I have SLP shorties.

thanks.

If you are going from the bottom yes this can be done with no effort, but if you go from the top I am unsure. My friend put his motor in with LTs on, But he put the motor in place and lowered the car onto it

I had the Hooker shorties and that wasn`t necessary. They went in very easy with the motor in the car.

Are they a pain to get in with the motor in the car?

Someone posted not so long ago that it could be done. Someone mentioned that they also pulled the motor out with the manifolds attached.
