Driving me nuts

I have a grinding/ knocking sound that is coming from the trans.area. The sound and slight vibration only comes when the car is warmed up. Can anyone suggest what may be wrong? 95 Camaro Z28 convertible.

Not the transport. Only happens when the car is warmed up.
