CSI waterpump
 

I just finished installing a CSI pump into a core housing. When I tested it off of the car I could hear the impeller rubbing inside the housing. I ended up making a gasket which provided enough clearance. I did use the rubber seal from the original pump cover on the first install but there wasn't enough clearance. I'm not sure if the seal was flattened or if there is another issue. Any input would be appreciated.
