Could I need a new tune?

Since starting my new motor, the car has been hesitating/missing. So far i've replaced: MAP sensor, the IAT, TPS, checked for vaccuum leaks, exhaust leaks, new O2's. The plugs, wires, coil, ign.module, and opti are all new. The car is definately running rich, but as soon as I get on it everything smooth's out. Could a bad tune be causing a miss? I wish I could scan it, but I don't know anyone with a laptop. Any idea's?
