So I got everything together, but I'm curious about the coolant banjo bolts at the back of the heads. I tightened them down with new seals, but didn't align them any specific way. So my question is: do I align them a special way for coolant to flow or am I ok just torquing them to spec?

They don't need to be indexed, just tightened to spec.
