Coolant flush.

Well since im pretty sure my car has the 10 year old stock coolant in it i might as well get it flushed. I was also going to replace the knock sensor while the block was drained, cause im getting false knock from somewhere and thought i might as well replace it. Does anyone know where the best/cheapest place to get my car flushed at. I think the local GM places use the pressurized coolant flushers, so ill probably go with them. Also what coolant should they use, the orange or the other stuff. Any other advice would be appreciated.

I hope if you take it to a dealership, they know what kind of coolant to put in it.

Yes right now it has the orange stuff. Is there any difference between the two. Is one "better" than the other.
