I agree with Brook. I had the same experience with them.

Mine is being built now. They said about 5-6 weeks. I agree, they are very helpful and they seem to know their stuff. Whenever I call, they don't make me feel like I am wasting their time. It gives you a better feeling about spending your money with them. Very good people to deal with

Had some decent experiences and some other not so good ones... First was when I bought my cam... I put 2 day shipping on it when I ordered, but they failed to call me back and let me know that they didnt have it in stock and that it would be a couple weeks before I could get it, so I ordered a different cam... Another order I put 2 day shipping on I called the day after ordering my parts again just to get a tracking number, come to find out it had not been shipped yet, though I still got my parts when I needed them, just having to call back is something I didnt enjoy...

Dont get me wrong, they know their stuff and have great customer service, but I almost felt like a parent or something... I hope things get better!

2 day shipping refers to the shipping time it takes from them to you. It doesn't mean you will have it 2 days from the time you order it.

they definately give you plenty of time when you call. I have bought a lot of parts from them this summer, and have been very pleased with their service and price.

I bought a cam and springs that I needed by the weekend. They didn't have the cam in stock but managed to get Comp to overnight it to me. Additionally Sam sent me an assortment of locks for free to ensure that I could get the springs installed at the right height without being able to measure before hand. All of this in three days. Needless to say I'll deal with them again and I hope that they will be doing my stroker in the near future....
