Cloyes Double Roller

In a double roller setup, does anything need to happen with the hub? I know an EWP is needed, but what other mods need to be made?

I am looking to convert to the Torquehead setup, and the lack of reluctor being needed got me thinking about the hub and the difference in thickness of the gear and how that would push out the hub.

I hear that the actual thickness of the double gear is the same as the single, is this accurate?

It is. The thickness at the outer diameter where the teeth are is thicker and I had to clearance the timing cover on my '94...

Thanks! I had not looked close enough, but the inside of the gear is concave.
