Clearancing for Double Roller

So where exactly does the cover need clearancing?

Timing set is a Cloyes 9-3145, and the timing cover is from a '95.

That's about the way mine was too. A few minutes with some sandpaper will open that right up....

I would mill a minumum of .050" of material from the affected areas.
