When you are all done, the direction of tread pattern on all tires (front and rear) should be going UP like this when looking from the rear side

Quit showing off that nice looking wheel/tire combo.

Those tires only lasted a matter of months and are long gone. I had a little "accident".

Hey Brent94Z, impressive accident, lol! At least mine lasted for 9 trips down the strip! And a few little burnouts around town...

Schearer225, you would've noticed if you drove in the rain 'cause the tires are made directional to better shed water. Think hydroplaning at a much lower mph than they should if mounted in the right direction. Good thing loadr's got a sharp eye and caught it.

Oh, yeah, sweet rims. I love the ZR-1s and I know of only one other Z28 in my town that has them, and she doesn't have the 17x11 rears.

I remember looking at that quite a while ago..........had no idea that was you Brent....

After reading this thread - about improper tire rotation, it promted me to second guess my tires......

The rotation is correct according to the arrow on the side (as long as I'm moving forward ) but it totally looks like my tires should be going the other way.....

Does it look like it to you to?

You sure as hell would have noticed the first time crusing at 50 in the rain.

Edit: BTW, Brent, that was freakin stupid.... That's something you do when you actually need new tires and don't care about the old ones.

I recall an extremely stupid thing you did in LT1 tech a couple weeks ago. You're point?

Schearer, you're welcome.

Read the text in the link above. I point out I believe 6 different times how stupid it was, so yes, I'm aware that it was freakin' stupid

Besides, if the tires were all worn out and bald already, there would have been no way a burnout could have been done for that long of a distance, right?
