So i know i need the LT4 racing intake gaskets for the heads, I need head gaskets that are made for .030 over bore for the 383.

What kind of rings should i get, what type of gaskets, and which gaskets?

What other parts should be changed out?

probably new spark plugs also even though i just got some NGK iridiums that have seen 30 miles and maybe 2 hours of run time, so not sure if i should change them also.

what bearings should be replaced, etc?

I got the motor rebuilt last summer, has 3k on it and everything was replaced back then, so everything has about 3k miles on it, opti has about 2.5k.

I had another place try to change just the rings, but they messed up the car even more and it has more problems so im going to do this right once and for all.

just want to make sure i get everything and double check all the parts to make sure this rebuild comes out correctly.
