Cat delete pipe
 

I see cat delete pipes with header packages'. But I don't want to deal with headers right now all I want is the pipe in place of the cat. Can someone tell me where to get just the cat delete pipe?

I am going to order a y-pipe. But my catalytic converter is welded to my stock y-pipe and I gutted that one. So when I get the aftermarket y-pipe I need to put something in place of the cat, unless the make y-pipes that are long enough to get rid of the cat or I need a cat delete pipe. Where would I get one of these? I have a 93 Z28

I got a cat delete pipe for my car from SLP I believe, but it could have been RKsport, one or the other. Anyway, I saw it in a catalog they sent me and it was a 3inch off road pipe that replaces the cat but you also need to buy the male or female flange, whatever one you needed. It was a little to long so I had to cut it in half and weld it to the length I needed which wasn't hard but even if it is the right size for you, you'll still have to do some cutting and welding for the flange. Easy work though, i'm sure you won't have a problem. The whole thing cost me about $100
