Is this car worth fixing?

My 94 Z that i totalled this past winter, it was hit by a tree and crushed the passenger side rocker panel and the frame rail near the top of the fender. of course, it also needs a front bumper, hood, fender and door which i can pick up used for $700.
considering the rocker panel and the frame rail needing repaired or replaced is this car worth fixing?

Yes if you want to give it to a kid or if you want a race car/drag car or if you want a toy to mess with.. It is all good fun

well i had a few words with that tree...i think it's scarred for life.

as far as the car goes, i am sorda a kid. i'm in college and it's all i can do to pay for my 97Z ($9000). But i still have the 94Z and thought maybe i could lower my payments by repairing the damage and rebuilding the engine...it's got 117000mi.
my engine estimate was about $3500. I'd hang the body panels and prep everything for painting but i'm not sure what frame repair and paint is gonna cost me. i'm guessing it would be fairly expensive and maybe i'd be better off to part the car out.

it's actually my dad's car now. since i only paid $750 bucks for it, i just gave it to him in case he wanted the engine/tranny for one of his 69's. maybe i'll just steal the rearend since i only have 2:73's and that one has 3:42s!
