My car has been sittin under a cover for about 3 months, because it has some bad lifters...i have been startin it bout once a week..then went out to start it yesterday and got nothin....the first time i tried it it started for like a second, then died and wouldn't start back at all....it turns over but jus wont start....any advise would be appericatied....

 

If you have access to a fuel pressure gauge, confiming good pressure at the rail would be a good place to start.

 

Well, I guess if it turns over, your battery is ok, however, I would assume that the battery would not be that stong----anyway I guess you need to check out your spark and fuel----if in fact, your battery is strong. JMHO
