Cranks over spudders a bit

all i did was pull it from the side of my house to the driveway

when i tried to restart the car it the car just cranks spuddered a bit backfired once

its getting gas and i pulled a plug the plug was covered in gas and black

grounded a plug on the head and it is getting spark doesnt seem very strong tho any suggestions?
