Car will not start at all.
my 1995 formula with the LT1, has ran fine untill this morning. this morning my wife got in it and she said it wouldnt start i checked it and it would turn but not fire almost like it wasnt getting fuel, it has spark, fuel pump runs. I havent checked the fuel pressure yet but am thinking possibly a bad fuel pump. would the fuel pump going bad make the car run/start great one day, and not fire the next and i mean not fire at all, not even a sputter.
thanx for any info in advance

Welcome to the board. Would it be possible for you to check if there is any signal to the injectors? Have somebody crank her up and check for that the injectors are ticking or diconnect an injector wire and see if it is getting a pulse while cranking.
The distributor has a sensor that tells the PCM which injector to fire, if that goes bad there will be no pulse to the injectors and it wont fire. If you can get it scanned it could show you a low reselution signal malfunction.

Re: Car will not start at all.
The car is getting spark already checked the coil, and a couple of plug wires to make sure spark was getting to the cylinders, i havent checked the injectors. Yes i did hear the fuel pump kick on to prime the system, but i havent checked the pressure yet to make sure, that the pressure is holding.
I know to take a stethoscope or a screwdriver to listen to the injectors but where is this sensor located on the distributor , is it the one on the passenger side below the alternator?
