car will not start?

Went to start the car this afternoon and it sounded like the battery was almost dead. After checking the battery and connections still nothing. What could be my problem?

The car is a 95 with an engine and exhaust from a 96 or 97.

Re: car will not start?

Check for corrosion where the cable attaches to the starter. What voltage did the battery read? Did you try to jump start it?
