cams that have passed emissions?

I am in the market for a cam and was wondering what passes and what doesn't. I know things like a cc306 or gm 847 wont happen but im thinking that a xe224/230 is getting pretty close. I know a hotcam will work but really dont want one, so i looking for smaller sized cams that have passed. Im thinking a cc305, gm 846, le1 sized cams will work if they are on 114lsa. So please post what works and any dyno or track numbers if you have them. thanks

i talked to llyod on the fone and he said a le1 cam would be questionable. I thought something in that size would pass but he made me think different.
what are the specs on a cc502?

my 224/230 at 112 passed in Massachusetts. I also put in an extra cat (one at the end of each collector) when i put in long tubes.95's normally just have one. I should have better flow then just one cat and i easily passed emissions here.

this depends on the state and sometimes even area your in. i would imagine even with a sniffer test the numbers would vary . i know in NY unless you by the city if you are 95 and older there is no emissions check just a visual and a check to see if the service engine light is on. 96 and up get a full run through.

This is why as GRNcamaro said, it depends on the state. Black95z's setup might get by the sniffer but depending on the state if you alter the exhaust from the configuration from wich it came from the factory, it will not pass a visual emissions test. I guess that the good part is that most all of us know someone somewhere that's smart enough to tell that configuration doesn't really mean squat and will let us by. I too have a 95 with dual cats.

the nice thing about the visual is that each station varies the one i go to just checks to make sure the components are there and doesn't care where they are located. because i know sometimes movie the cat can be an issue.
