Advertises a complete cam package at a good price. Any thoughts?

You need to email them and ask them what kind of stuff they use. It seems like a good price but it could all be junk. There are a lot of .600 lift valve springs that might work for a little bit until you break one.

 

#1. You don't know if these packages will work as a mixed package.

#2. Why do you need new lifters?

#3. What are the spring specs?

#4. What brand rockers are they using? (I can't tell from the pics) They do not come with guideplates or studs so I'm assuming they are 3/8th studs and SA rockers

#5. NO NEW PUSHRODS?

Seriously, this is the kind of crap that places put out there to make easy money. Don't help these guys out making money off of you that gives you a underperforming setup that has a very low durability. Honestly I would recomend you buy from anybody (ANYONE other than Lloyd even) who has a reputation of putting out a quality product that produces results and lasts more than this.

If you have a problem with this statment PLEASE feel free to forward this to the sellers, I would love to discuss valvetrain with them.

I've seen that seller on ebay for quite a while. Im not defending him in any way, but about 9 months ago he was gonna build me a 383. He does a lot of rebuilds and strokers. Im pretty sure he has built hundreds of engines, but I do think he uses some cheap parts in some of his setups to make a quick buck.
