Re: burnouts

Ehh, I used to think like you do. Why abuse it if you dont have too. Then I started abusing it. If your just oding it every now and then, it really isnt that hard on things. I mean, dont get in the habit of doing it every time you take the car out, but once an a while, **** it. Have fun with it. What good is it if you are afriad to have fun with it.

Tach it up to about 3500 and pop the clutch. If your really brave, do it in 2nd lol.

If its an auto, burnouts are a little easier. Just mash it from a stop.

Re: burnouts

but you should easily be able to spin the tires...both of them. even with good tires they'll spin. maybe not on concrete but definitely on asfault.

I have had my Z for 12 years. I have always thought that 40 foot long burnouts is the only reason anyone bought these cars. In all fairness some will only spin one tire. 80 foot burnouts??

Re: burnouts

It's OK if you're not into that sort of thing. There's plenty of us who would be happy take your car out and test it!

LMAO, i actually got into an argument with my mom over this once before, she said her car could do a better burnout then mine, and she was so sure she said shed pay for a new set of tires afterwards.. , interestingly enough i won that little argument (hers was an 87 Pro/AM 305/700r4) maybe you should lay a bet down like that with him lol. "i bet you a set of tires itll roast em off!"

Re: burnouts

haha I like the smiling picture with two black lines idea. He'd be like "hmm you were right!!...and your grounded!!" but either way I knew I was right. I've peeled out several times not even meaning to. yesterday a friend of mine rammed his toyota corolla into a big stop sign and bent his rim trying to peel out going around a turn. it was the highlight of my day.

Re: burnouts

some people just dont have any sense. he bought some new hub caps and cleaned the white paint off his car from the pole with mineral spirits and now no one's going to know.
