When I apply half pedal to the brakes, I can feel dragging. Like it catches and releases a little. Don't feel it with full pedal on the brakes. Is this the pads or the rotors?

If you hear it squeaking, more than likely its your brakes. I would just bleed them all then drive it again. If this doesn't solve your problem then just put a new set on. Its very simple.

It only squeks if it is raining. And then only at first.

If you are feeling a lite thumping of the pedal, then most likely it is the rotors being warped or cracked.

No response in the pedals, just kinda feel it behind me. Definitely in the rear.
