brake fluid dirty?

I got my brake fluid changed the other day at Tires Plus (they said it was black -- and I'm sure it was since it hasn't been changed since the car left the dealership). Anyway I had a bad feeling about the service I got, so I took it to another Tire Plus and had them do a free brake inspection. They said my fluid was dirty! I'm thinking it's either it's residual debris in the lines (though they supposedly did a bleed and flush), or they changed me $50 for nothing. Your thoughts?

Don't go back to tires plus I guess???

Ask around and find out what shops are reputable in your area. They might've just told you your fluid was dirty, or the first place may not have flushed it to begin with.
