Brake booster

Mechanics say that I have a vacuum leak at my brake booster, is this part hard to change?

not really hard. two nuts on the outside and you can pull the brake master cyl. forward (no need to disconnect any brake lines). then on the inse, there are 4 nuts directly behind the brake pedal. then you have to disconnect the brake pedal pushrod from the brake pedal linkage. if you got some free time, anyone can get it done.

Re: Brake booster

It's that big round thing between the master cylinder and the firewall. It unbolts from inside the car, under the dash. Just awkard to get to.
