Hey guys. I was working under my dash today in my 96z and noticed this blue box. About the size of a TV remote. 3 or 4 wires (its all taped) The box in right under the stearing wheel area, the wires go under my dead pedal. Can someone please take a look or know if this is suppose to be there? Reason why i ask is because i got the car used and im wondering if the guy before me installed a performance gismo or something. If i find out it is. Im ripping that bad boy out. thanks

The only blue box under my dash is the dinger box. You now, it makes the sounds for the seatbelt, headlights, and ignition key.

 

thanks for the reply. Well shoot. This isnt good. Now im gonna have to figure out what this thing is. All else fails i might just take it out and see if anything changes. I guess i could always wire it back in.
