just got my 95 z28 a week ago and was looking underneath fixing an oil leak and seen 327 on the block, does anyone know if any camaros recently have been made with the 327, or if ive got a diffrent block, any help is appreciated

"327" is cast into the block because it is the last 3 digits of the factory casting number, not because it is the displacement. All 350ci blocks are marked "327".

Full LT1 casting # is 10125327.

A lot of people wonder about that....myself included. Just pulled my motor out 2 months ago, saw that and was like "what the hell".

yeah between the 327 and having an LT1 and an LT-1.

I was a little :confused: when I saw the 327 but then remembered the casting number.
