At how much power does someone usually need bigger injectors? I plan on doing an XE 227/233 cam and long tube headers... I was told 360rwhp is about where it will be. Would I need bigger injectors then? If not injectors... what other things do I need to compensate for the power? Other then a 12 Bolt or 9".

 

24# injectors are supposed to be good up to around 400rwhp.

You doing heads too? 360rwhp seems a bit high I think if your not assuming you just have the "bolt ons". I would think you would be in the 345 area. Let us know, dont see to many dyno graphs with that cam yet.

 

yeah you won't be putting out 360 RWHP with just that cam and some bolt ons.....maybe 340...maybe

24# are only good to 340 rwhp

 

Id go with a set of 30#'s, just to be safe.Then, you'd be ready for later mods like heads, LT's,etc...Ya have to think ahead sometimes..

 

Once they hit more than 80% duty cycle at WOT you should really look in to upgrading. That seems to be about 340-370 RWHP on our cars, everybody's is a little different.
