Stock 94 opti with vented msd cap

Is there anyone running the stock, non vented, opti with the vented msd cap and rotor? Wanted to know if this set up works just as good as the stock vented optispark? Thanks for any help.

It may not be just like the factory vent, but it should be effective.

I have the msd optispark and iirc the vent tubes are not on the cap but are on the unit itself.

The MSD cap and rotor kit for the non-vented models has vent provisions in the cap. That is one of the better reasons to buy their kit. It lets you vent a non-vented opti.
